Hand dipped Chocolates
Each of these delicious chocolates are rolled and dipped in milk chocolate by hand in small batches. The filling is made with butter, confectioners sugar and flavoring, giving it a soft center. Other ingredients may include, Vermont Maple syrup, orange juice concentrate, whipping cream and raspberry juice.
This is a recipe passed around the family, I have great memories of making these for the church bazaar when I was younger. They are time pretty time consuming, but a lot of fun to make!
These chocolates are available in packages of 4, each chocolate is approximately 1.25 ounces.
